Kay has been a qualified complementary therapist since 1995 after completion of her training with Adrian Voce OBE at the London School of Kinesiology where she achieved all four levels set by the International Kinesiology College in Touch for Health. She then moved on to specialise in Creative Kinesiology where she had the privilege to train with Carrie Jost who is the Founder and Director of the School of Creative Kinesiology.
Kay is now an Advanced Creative Kinesiology Registered Practitioner and also holds a Certificate in Diet & Nutrition. She gained this qualification after studying for a year under the guidance of a Dietician from Musgrove Park Hospital. Kay also holds Professional Practitioner Level qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology, Body Massage and Flower Essence Therapy.
In 2011 Kay gained her Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Fine Art and Visual Culture. This work continues to inform her clinical sessions especially when working with people who wish to bring about positive lasting change in their lives. The way that very subtle but specific changes in the immediate environment can bring forth a greater sense of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being continues to be her constant inspiration.
Kay is a fully registered professional member of the British Complementary Medicine Association and she brings her experience and commitment to healing to all of her therapy sessions.
